Notice regarding the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
S.C. GASOM DS S.R.L. ("GASOM DS SRL") aims to protect the personal data of the clients, partners and visitors of the website www.laser-dentar.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR), applicable since 25.05.2018.
GASOM DS SRL, as data controller under this Regulation, is responsible for recording, processing and storing the personal data collected in the course of the company’s specific activity.

- visiting and/or using the website www.laser-dentar.com and the online forms displayed on it.

- carrying out the commercial activity specific to GASOM DS SRL;

Data is disclosed only under the terms of this notice and of applicable law. Data may be disclosed to the competent authorities, at their request, under the law, as well as to companies GASOM DS SRL works with — for example providers of invoicing and management systems, sales platforms and newsletter platforms. For any other purposes you will be informed in advance.
Your rights
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the following rights:
- the right of access to data;
- the right to rectification;
- the right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten");
- the right to restriction of processing;
- the right to data portability;
- the right to object;
- the right to withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
