www.laser-dentar.com is the trade name of S.C. GASOM DS S.R.L., a Romanian legal entity, VAT no. RO35938930, Trade Register no. J40/5297/2016, registered office at Str. Câmpia Libertății 37, bl. IC3, sc. 1, ap. 3, Sector 3, Bucharest, hereinafter referred to as "the Company".

VAT is not applied to the prices shown, as the Company is not registered for VAT.
Prices in Euro are purely informative and are converted into RON at the National Bank of Romania (BNR) exchange rate at the start of the collaboration.
7. Payment for services
Payment for services is made after signing the collaboration contract, by bank transfer, based on the invoice issued by the Company.
8. Disputes
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, jurisdiction lies with the Romanian courts of law.
9. Service delivery terms
Service delivery terms are established according to the request and are set out in the service contract concluded with each client.
10. Security of personal data and information
The data provided is used exclusively for the declared purpose of each form and is not physically stored on the website servers. The Company assumes no responsibility for loss of information caused by software errors ("bugs") of the platform on which the website is built.
